SUGGESTED APPLICATION: This package is enough to flavor a total of 6 gallons. Perfect for the home winemaker. 2 sticks fit perfectly into a 6 gallon carboy. Two 8 inch spirals in one package. Recommended dosage- 1-2 8ï¿½ stick-s per 6 gallons of wine. 2 sticks is the equivalent of 8 months in a new oak barrel. Let oak integrate in bottle for minimum of 6 months.
